Carine Alkhawly | Founder
Carine Alkhawly was born and raised in Aleppo, Syria. She was fascinated by English at an early age and became perfectly bilingual mastering all aspects of both Arabic and English: grammar, pronunciation and the most useful idiomatic expressions before She obtained a Bachelor's degree in French language and literature. Her passion for English and the English -speaking world has led her to study English<>Arabic Translation, and later on to obtain her second degree in English<>Arabic Translation.

Kaoutar Sniba | Team member
Kaoutar Sniba, native Arabic speaker who has an innate talent for languages. She obtained a Bachelor's degree In English Literature from Morocco. Kaoutar Sniba speaks English, French and conversant German. In 2014, she decided to attend trainings by Ohio supreme in order to become a certified Arabic court interpreter. Currently, Kaoutar is Provisional with Ohio Supreme Court serving different courts in Ohio. She has an extensive experience in Judiciary procedures, arraignments, depositions, criminal and civil trials. She also excels in health care interpretation and acquired CoreCHI Certification from CCHI. Kaoutar Sniba is also active in the community. She works as a case manager with CBHC ( Community Behavioral Health Center) assisting Arabic clients, mainly refugees with overcoming obstacles and connecting them to resources in the community. Lubna Al Allaf | Team member
Lubna Al Allaf is an organized, goal-driven architect, she was born and raised in Damascus, Syria and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Damascus University in Syria. After she lived for many years in the United States, she decided to put her outgoing personality and laser-focused linguistic skills to work as an interpreter. She has sharpened her mastery of the Arabic language and English communication skills by pursuing the Supreme Court of Ohio Legal Interpreting trainings and Healthcare Interpreter Certification trainings. She became one of the best interpreters and the most professionals that worked as a Judiciary Interpreter at the Cleveland Municipal Court and an experienced Healthcare staff Interpreter at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She also served as a volunteer with an International humanitarian medical relief organization.
Lubna is a former national board member of the Syrian- American Council and Former President of the Syrian- American Council - Cleveland Chapter.

Rami Shahoud | Team member
Rami Shahoud, was born in Homs- Syria. He was motivated by passion and recognizing the bridges to people that language-learning opens up, he learned the English language and obtained a bachelor's degree in English Language. Immediately after graduation, he pursued a training at one of the top translation firms in Syria and later on he became a staff translator in this firm. As the department head of English-Arabic translation department in two top translation companies in Syria, he advanced in his career and decided to open up his own Translation business.
Rami is a member of STA ( Syrian Translators Association)
and an accredited translator by the Syrian Ministry of Justice.
He also completed a training course in Medical Interpreting offered by a recognized school of Medical interpreting in the US.
